Viphada (Vi) Mungmeesan is a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) who has an extensive background and experience using Thai massage to solve individual problems in her guest’s body. Vi trained among Thailand’s elite at Wat Po and the Thai Traditional Medical Services Society completing an in-depth Thai massage training program.
Wat Po is known for its long history of conducting top quality classes for Thai massage. It is consider one of Thailand’s most prestigious schools. In the 1830’s the King of Thailand denoted Wat Po as the country’s repository of information for Thai healing. Vi trained among Thailand’s top masters of this ancient art form directly from the source.
Vi has been employed by several top hotels in Thailand and other international locations. She served as the personal Massage Therapist for the Royal Family of the UAE just before moving to the United States to work with Touch of Asia. She is now very eager to help you here at Touch of Asia.
Sararut (Sara) Pilakun (aka Kun) is a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) that has been performing massage since age 9. She first started learning massage as a child in her remote village of Udon Thani, Thailand. Since that time, Kun has completed formal training at several prestigious schools in Thailand with over 1500 hours of training and education. She has worked professionally in Thailand as a Massage Therapist and Instructor. Sara is currently a Certified Instructor at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts in Arlington, VA.
Prior to traveling to the USA, Kun was contracted by several top name Thai spas in Thailand to design their spas, train their employees, and manage their operations. While she enjoyed this work immensely, Sara’s real passion is working with Guests to improve their health with Traditional Thai massage and related techniques.
Sasikan (Kwan) Jirattikannon is a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) that has training and experience in Thailand. She studied the healing arts of Thailand in her home country at the Institute of Thai Traditional Medicine sponsored by the Ministry of Public Health for Thailand.
Kwan’s training program prepared her to perform professional Thai Massage based on Thailand’s traditional medicine theory and philosophy dating back for several centuries.
Kwan continued her training in the USA at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts in Arlington, VA. She completed a nationally certified program teaching authentic Thai Foot Reflexology and Thai Herbal Massage. Kwan took the extra step of completing focused private studies with the Instructors at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts for Traditional Thai Massage.

John Gileza is a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) and a Certified Massage Therapist that has a keen interest in helping you become healthier with massage therapy. John completed a western massage program at the National Massage Therapy Institute (NMTI) in Falls Church, VA totaling over 500 hours of training. He is a graduate of the Thai Institute of Healing Arts in Arlington, VA where he studied the traditions and techniques of Traditional Thai Massage in the Shivagokomarpaj Lineage.
John prides himself in talking with each individual Guest to fully understand their needs for each and every massage session. Its important to him that he fully understands your needs as to deliver the most healthful massage therapy session for you.
Sungwan (Wan) Kaewwilai Beaulieu is a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) that has training and experience in Thailand. She studied the Thai healing arts in her home country through a program sponsored by the Ministry of Public Health for Thailand. Wan was employed in Thailand as a Massage Therapist prior to traveling to the United States.
In addition to her formal education and training, Wan has study countless hours with her mom through the oral tradition of Thailand. Its very common in Thailand for children to learn massage from their parents. As parents finish their daily work, the children will massage the parents while receiving instruction. In this way, Thai massage has been passed down for multiple centuries and Wan is part of that living oral tradition.
Wan’s formal and informal training prepared her well for employment in the healing arts.

Phatchara (Lek) Khuankliang is a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) with an extensive background using massage to help improve individuals health. Lek’s career with massage started in Thailand’s capital city at Bangkok Hospital. Lek was part of the hospital staff and performed massage on patients and visitors.
Lek has international experience in Slovenia and Qater where she functioned as a Massage Therapist and Spa Manager. She was also employed at the Top Spas in Thailand as a Massage Therapist before arriving to the USA in 2005.
Lek’s work experience and in-depth training both make her a unique and talented Massage Practitioner ready to understand your goals and help you achieve better health.
Viengkhong (Be) Khambay (pronounced “Bay”) is a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) that has trained in the healing arts with his village elders in Vientiane, Laos. Be’s village is situated very close to Thailand, allowing him the opportunity to study the healing arts of the region from his local village. In Southeast Asia the oral tradition of learning has existed for centuries within many disciplines. The healing arts have been passed down from person-to-person in long lineages of knowledge. Be is part of this oral lineage as he learned from his village elders how to improve ones health through massage therapy and herbal medicine.
Be’s informal knowledge was supplemented by formal instruction at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts in Arlington, VA. He enrolled in a thorough program teaching Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Foot Massage, and Thai Herbal Massage. He took the extra step of completing focused private studies with the Instructors at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts.

David Roylance , a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) and Certified Thai Massage Instructor (CTMI), trained at the Tao Mountain School of Traditional Thai Massage and Herbal Medicine. He completed a nationally recognized program certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork ( NCBTMB ) teaching authentic Thai massage, Thai herbal massage, Advanced Techniques for Thai Massage and Traditional Thai Ayurvedic Herbal Medicine. David graduated from Tao Mountain’s rigorous Teacher Training program as a Certified Instructor of Thai Massage in the Shivagokomarpaj lineage of Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
With overwhelming support from his teachers, David created the Thai Insitute of Healing Arts as a branch of the Shivagokomarpaj lineage. The Thai Institute of Healing Arts was created to advance Traditional Thai Medicine in the USA through offering authentic Traditional Thai massage, Thai herbal massage, and Thai Foot Reflexology classes. The Thai Institute follows well established traditions and beliefs handed down through an unbroken chain of Masters for 1,000 years in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

David travels to Thailand regularly to study massage, scuba dive, and visit friends. David is the Founder of Touch of Asia and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Chubb Institute’s Massage Therapy Program and is regularly invited to venues all over the region as a guest speaker.
